Johns Island

Johns Island is a short drive to downtown Charleston and West Ashley.  Johns Island is semi-rural in nature and development has been slower on this island of farmland and beautiful Live Oaks.  Road and bridge expansion has made access to Johns Island more convenient.  New real estate developments along Maybank Highway offers affordable housing.  There are also developments along Johns Island's waterfront which makes this area a very desirable place to live.
