Kiawah & Seabrook

Kiawah Island is a private residential resort community renowned for its natural beauty and environmentally friendly development.  With cottages and villas to multi-million dollar oceanfront homes, Kiawah attracts some of he world's most affluent and famous people.  Championship golf, superb tennis facilities and fine boutique shopping and dining along with the pristine beach make Kiawah one of the world's most sought after vacation and permanent living destinations.  The town of Kiawah was incorporated in 1988.  Access to Kiawah is limited to property owners and guests, although Beachwalker County Park on the west end of the island is open to the public.  Kiawah Island Golf Resort Ocean Course was the site of the 1991 Ryder Cup, 1997 and 2003 World Cups, and the 2007 Senior PGA.

Seabrook Island is completely owned by its property owners and has more then 900 permanent residences whose homesites are located on the beach, golf courses, marshes or lakes.  Seabrook has a grand entrance of Live Oaks and exceptional natural beauty including 3.5 miles of beach along the Atlantic Ocean and the Edisto River.  Seabrook offers championship golf and tennis.
